The Story Behind Mr Yip's Recipes

In 1991, Mr Yip brought the recipes he grew up with from Hong Kong to Singapore and opened Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries.

His goal was simple: to bake the pastries he knew best, using the same techniques and ingredients that defined the neighbourhood bakeries of Hong Kong.

More than three decades later, those recipes remain at the heart of everything we make. Our egg tarts, polo buns, and wife cakes are still prepared using the same methods that have guided the bakery from the very beginning.

Today, with stores in Chinatown and Tiong Bahru, Leung Sang continues to bake fresh every morning, preserving the craftsmanship and authenticity that have defined us for over 30 years.
